Return and Exchange Policy 

 

We appreciate you being a customer and we want each customer to be happy with their purchase. We will handle returns/exchanges on a case by case basis knowing your satisfaction is paramount to KellyWerks.

If you find you need to exchange an item purchased, you may do so within 5 business days after your purchase. In order to grant an exchange, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. If a replacement is not possible, a shop credit will be issued at the discretion of KellyWerks. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping

Orders are sent via Canada Post. Most orders are shipped within two-four business days (not including weekends and holidays). Your package will include tracking details (which you will receive in your shipping information email. Once shipped KellyWerks is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for tracking as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please contact your local Post Office for any shipping questions after the order has been shipped.

Product Care

​

All Sweaters and cotton linings have been pre-shrunk, however, due to the handmade nature of the products and the embellished needle felting it is recommended to hand wash with a mild soap in cold water and lay flat to dry. Jackets can be pressed carefully on a low - medium heat setting. 

​

It is recommended that the dolls be hand washed in cold water and laid flat to dry to retain their shape and to preserve any added embellishments.  Please note that the dolls contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three.

We will not share or sell your personal information with third parties. When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. 

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
